Introduction
Powder filling machine is ideal to fill dry syrups, powder chemicals and all types of powders. Settled filling level can reduce the waste of powder. A semi skill person can easily handle it as it is simple and easy to operate. It fills the product through the inbuilt properly guided system of turn table of moving delrin flat conveyor belt. Filling head grow and reach the bottle at filling place. The pneumatic holder holds the bottle till it gets indications from sensor magnetic clutch to rotate the bottle. Auger fills accurate amount of product in the bottle. PLC control mange the rotation time. After filling piston goes back and let the bottle move on conveyor.
