Auger Filling Machine

Introduction

The filling head is mounted on machine's top plate. When bottle comes to the filling station it will be hold by the pneumatic bottle holder and immediately the bottle sensor pass the sense to sensor magnetic clutch which is mounted on auger shaft and starts to rotate. It will fill desired amount of powder into the bottle through auger. After filling, the piston goes back and releases the bottle on conveyor. The most important part in auger filling machine is the pneumatic bottle holding system which is directly connected with the auger rotation. It does not release the bottle until the bottle gets filled with powder as per set value.
